Broken beakers offers multiple in-person assemblies to choose from. Each assembly consists of two, back to back, performances of the same 45 minute show. With our mix of humor, student participation, and themed topics, we aim to provide the premier science assembly experience in Northern Virginia. Check back often to see what new shows are available. Science of Flight

The original. The OG. The one that inspired them all! The first show that Broken Beakers created and showed us how much fun this can be. Join us on a journey that explores the phenomena that make flight possible. We will learn about Bernoulli‘s principle, lift, wind turbines, and rocketry.

Chemistry

What science assembly company would be complete without a show dedicated to chemistry? Like they say, you can’t trust matter, it makes up everything! We will explore different types of physical changes, density, endo- and exothermic reactions, all through engaging experiments.

Step right up and prepare to be amazed—it’s time for Magical Science! We’ll reveal the secrets behind mind-blowing tricks and surprising experiments that seem like magic—but it’s all real science at work.
